HOTEL POLICY

NON – REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE POLICY:

10% of the total estimated booking was charged to your card to guarantee your reservation.  The amount will appear on your credit/debit card statement under the name of Century Park Hotel.  This is non – refundable and cannot be used as payment for modification, cancellation or no – show charges

PROPERTY POLICIES:

All times indicated in the policies are expressed in (GMT +08:00) Check In time: 02:00 PM Check Out time: 12:00 PM

MODIFICATION POLICY:

Modifications 2 Day(s) on or before the check-in date will be charged the first night of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations 2 Day(s) on or before the check-in date will be charged the first night of the reservation.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the first night of the reservation to be automatically deducted from the guest’s credit card.

CHILD POLICY:

•    All children under 12 years old will be free of charge when using existing beds.
•    Children beyond 12 years old will be charged at PHP1,500 net/person/night for extra bed use.  Extra person charge is inclusive of buffet breakfast.

Hotel Advisory:

• Adapters:  Universal outlets are installed in all guest rooms.  In addition, adapters are available upon request.  Please dial 4 for Housekeeping.

•  Airport Transportation:  Airport transportation for arriving and departing guests may be arranged and is available 24/7.

• Baby Cots:  Baby cots are provided free of charge for guests travelling with infants, available upon request.

• Babysitter Services: This may be arranged with Housekeeping. Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance.

• Baggage: Pick-up and storage of your luggage may be arranged with our Concierge.

•  Car Park: Parking for registered guests is provided for free and is limited to one (1) vehicle per room only subject to availability. Parking ticket will be validated by our Guest Services Associate at the Front Desk.

• Credit Cards: The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other major credit cards.

• Do Not Disturb: If you do not wish to be disturbed, please press the DO NOT DISTURB button in your room located near the key card power slot. To ensure your safety and security, kindly be informed that all rooms that remain on DO NOT DISTURB status shall be inspected from 2:00PM onwards.

• Electric Current: All rooms are equipped with universal sockets at 220V.

• Extra Bed: An extra bed is available and may be requested in selected room categories only. Should you require an extra bed, kindly inform our staff upon reservation.

• Fitness Center: Located on the 3^rd Mezzanine Level (3M), the Fitness Center is open from 6:00am - 9:00pm every day. It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for your physical fitness needs and is available for use to all hotel guests and residents 18 and above.

• Lost and Found: The Housekeeping Department keeps and tracks all lost and found items. A Lost Luggage Kit containing basic articles of clothing is available for your convenience.

• Pets: For reasons of sanitation and cleanliness, pets of any kind are not allowed inside the hotel room, hallway, guest public areas, and main lobby and hotel premises.

• Swimming Pools: The hotel’s kiddie, wading and infinity lap pools are open from 6:00am-8:00pm with lifeguard on duty for your safety. They are for the exclusive use of hotel guests and residents.

• Turn-Down Service: To enjoy a restful night with us, preparation of your room is available with our compliments from 5:00pm-9:00pm.

• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi access and connection is available free of charge in all hotel rooms and guest areas.
