Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used in preparing every item in Century Tsukiji’s menu – most of them are imported daily from Tsukiji, one of the largest wholesale markets in Tokyo, where one can find the freshest produce – from vegetables and fruits to meats, fishes and other marine products.

Open daily, lunch is from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner starts at 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
