The hotel was built in 1976 just in time to welcome delegates of the International Monetary Fund-World Bank Conference held at the newly constructed Philippine International Convention Center. The five hundred (500) guest rooms and suites are equipped with various amenities and security features. The deluxe property consists of two buildings-Century Tower and Park Tower.

             The nineteen (19) storey Century Tower houses most of the guest rooms which are equipped with advanced amenities and facilities that provide guests with maximum safety, comfort and convenience. The  Presidential and Executive Suites are both located at the Century Tower.

            The Executive Level on the 18^th floor provides the most luxurious accommodation to fit the lifestyle and demands of the frequent and discerning business traveler.
